Fundamental Rights
Fundamental Rights are the basic and essential rights guaranteed by the constitution to every citizen of a democratic country aq, ensuring their freedom, equality, and dignity. In India, these rights are enshrined in Part III of the constitution and serve as a shield against any arbitrary action by the state. Fundamental Rights include the Right to Equality, Right to Freedom of Speech and expression, Right to Practice any Religion, Right Against Exploitation, Right to Constitutional Remedies and Cultural and Educational Rights. These rights are indispensable for the overall development of individualss and for maintaining a just and fair society. They empower citizens to live with freedom, participate in democratic processes and protect themselves from discrimination and injustice.
